61B-50.140 — Technical Corrections; Rehearing

Administrative rule 61B-50.140 establishes procedures for technical corrections and rehearing in recall arbitration proceedings.

The rule sets forth the process by which parties may request technical corrections to arbitration decisions and the standards under which rehearing may be granted in recall arbitration cases. The rule defines the scope and timing requirements for such motions within the recall arbitration procedural framework.
