Rule 61B-6.010 regarding modification or release of assurances was repealed effective October 28, 2008.

The rule governing modification or release of assurances under Chapter 61B-6 (Encumbrances and Improvements) is no longer in effect. The repeal removed the regulatory framework previously established under this rule.
