Rule 61B-60.001 defines terms and sets the scope of Chapter 61B-60 governing yacht and ship brokers in Florida. The rule establishes the regulatory framework applicable to individuals and entities engaged in brokerage of vessels.

Yacht and ship brokers licensed or operating under Florida law.

Effective May 15, 2003.
