61B-75.002 — Electronic Transmission of Notices

Administrative rule establishing procedures for electronic transmission of notices by cooperative associations.

Rule 61B-75.002 sets forth the requirements and conditions under which cooperative associations may transmit notices to members electronically. The rule specifies the technical and operational standards that must be met for electronic notice delivery to comply with cooperative law.
