61B-75.005 — Regular Elections; Vacancies Caused by Expiration of Term, Resignations, Death

Administrative rule 61B-75.005 established procedures for regular elections and vacancy filling in cooperative associations.

The rule sets forth the process for conducting regular elections of cooperative board members and the procedure for filling vacancies that arise from expiration of terms, resignations, or death of board members. The rule specifies how cooperatives must handle election timing, notice, and vacancy appointment or election requirements.
