61B-75.006 — Right to Recall and Replace a Board Member; Developers; Other Unit Owners; Class Voting
Administrative rule 61B-75.006 established procedures for recall and replacement of board members in cooperatives, including developer voting rights and class voting mechanisms.
The rule defines the process by which cooperative unit owners and developers may recall and replace board members. The rule addresses class voting rights and the circumstances under which developers retain voting power in board selection and removal matters.
Cooperative associations as defined in Chapter 719, Florida Statutes.
