61B-75.008 — Recall by Written Agreement of the Voting Interests; Board Certification; Filling Vacancies

Administrative rule 61B-75.008 establishes procedures for recall of cooperative board members by written agreement of voting interests, board certification of recall, and filling of vacancies.

The rule sets forth the mechanism by which voting interests in a cooperative may recall a board member through written agreement without a formal meeting or vote. The rule requires the board to certify the recall and specifies the process for filling any resulting vacancy on the board.
