61B-76.003 — Budgets
Rule 61B-76.003 establishes requirements for budget preparation, presentation, and reporting by associations.
The rule sets forth standards for budget content, format, and disclosure to members. It requires associations to prepare budgets that account for anticipated revenues and expenditures, including reserve funding for capital improvements and major repairs. The rule specifies the information that must be included in budget documents and the timing of budget delivery to members.
All associations subject to Florida community association law and filing requirements under Chapter 61B-76.
