Rule 61B-77.002 established guidelines for educational resolutions issued by cooperative developers.

The rule sets forth requirements governing how cooperative developers must present educational information through formal resolutions. The rule applies to the process and content of resolutions that developers are required to adopt and provide to members regarding cooperative governance and operations.
