61B-78.001 — Association Fee; Mailing Address; Retrofitting

Administrative rule 61B-78.001 establishes standards for association fees, mailing addresses, and retrofitting procedures for unit owner-controlled associations.

The rule sets forth requirements governing the assessment and collection of association fees, the maintenance and use of mailing addresses for notice purposes, and guidelines for cooperative resolution of disputes involving unit owner-controlled associations. The rule applies to associations operating under the cooperative resolution framework established by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Unit owner-controlled associations and cooperative associations subject to Chapter 61B-78, Florida Administrative Code.

Effective September 1, 2015.
