61B-78.003 — Educational Resolution

Rule 61B-78.003 establishes guidelines for educational resolutions in unit owner-controlled associations.

The rule sets forth requirements and procedures for associations to adopt and communicate educational resolutions. The rule addresses the content, delivery, and documentation of resolutions intended to educate unit owners about association governance, financial matters, or other community-related topics.

Unit owner-controlled associations, including cooperative associations.
