61B-79.002 — Procedure for Filing and Examination of Documents

Administrative rule 61B-79.002 establishes the procedure for filing and examination of documents with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

The rule sets forth the requirements and process by which documents must be filed with the department and how those documents are to be examined upon receipt. The rule governs the administrative handling of filings related to community associations.

Community associations and other entities required to file documents with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation under Florida administrative code.

Effective February 7, 2006.
