61B-79.004 — Contracts

Administrative rule 61B-79.004 establishes requirements for contracts filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

The rule prescribes the form, content, and submission standards for contracts that must be filed under Chapter 61B-79. The rule does not contain substantive prohibitions or obligations beyond the filing and documentation requirements themselves.

Community associations and their agents subject to contract-filing requirements under Chapter 61B-79.
