61B-80.103 — Filing for Election Dispute Arbitration

Administrative rule 61B-80.103 establishes the filing procedures for election dispute arbitration in homeowners' associations.

The rule sets forth the process by which parties may file for arbitration of disputes arising from homeowners' association elections and recalls. The rule governs the procedural requirements for initiating arbitration under Chapter 61B-80.
