61B-80.106 — Parties; Appearances; Substitution and Withdrawal of Counsel

Rule 61B-80.106 establishes procedures governing the appearance of counsel and parties in arbitration proceedings for homeowners' association recall and election disputes.

The rule sets forth requirements for how parties may appear, how counsel may be substituted, and the conditions under which counsel may withdraw from representation in arbitration cases involving HOA recall and election disputes. The rule defines the procedural framework for managing attorney representation throughout the arbitration process.
