61B-80.108 — Communication with an Arbitrator

Administrative rule 61B-80.108 establishes procedures governing communication between parties and arbitrators in homeowners' association recall and election disputes.

The rule sets forth protocols for ex parte communication with arbitrators hearing recall and election disputes in homeowners' associations. The rule prohibits improper ex parte contact and defines permissible communications with arbitrators during the arbitration process.
