61B-80.111 — Answer and Defenses

Florida administrative rule 61B-80.111 establishes the procedure for filing answers and asserting defenses in arbitration proceedings involving homeowners' association recall and election disputes.

The rule sets out the requirements and process by which a respondent in a recall or election dispute arbitration may file an answer to a complaint and raise affirmative defenses. The rule governs the form, timing, and content of responses in arbitration proceedings under Chapter 61B-80.
