61B-80.112 — Defaults and Final Orders on Default

Rule 61B-80.112 establishes procedures for defaults and final orders on default in arbitration proceedings involving homeowners' association recall and election disputes.

The rule sets forth the process by which a party may be found in default during arbitration of recall and election disputes in homeowners' associations, and prescribes the entry of final orders based on such defaults. The specific procedural requirements for notice, opportunity to respond, and the consequences of default are codified in this rule.
