61B-80.115 — Discovery

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation adopted Rule 61B-80.115, establishing discovery procedures for arbitration of recall and election disputes in homeowners' associations.

Rule 61B-80.115 sets forth the discovery rules applicable to arbitration proceedings governed by Chapter 61B-80. The rule establishes the process and scope by which parties may obtain information and documents relevant to recall and election disputes before an arbitrator.
