Rule 61B-80.117 establishes procedures for subpoenas, witnesses, and associated fees in arbitration of homeowners' association recall and election disputes.

The rule sets forth the framework governing the issuance and enforcement of subpoenas, the examination of witnesses, and the assessment of witness fees in arbitration proceedings under Chapter 61B-80. The rule applies to disputes involving recall of board members and election contests in homeowners' associations subject to Florida arbitration procedures.
