61B-80.120 — Notice of Final Hearing; Scheduling; Venue; Continuances

Rule 61B-80.120 establishes procedures for notice, scheduling, venue, and continuances in final hearings under Florida's arbitration rules for homeowners' association recall and election disputes.

The rule governs the timing and content of notice to parties before a final hearing, the scheduling and venue of hearings, and the grounds and procedures for requesting continuances. The rule specifies requirements that must be satisfied before a hearing may proceed in a dispute involving recall or election of homeowners' association board members.

Homeowners' associations subject to arbitration of recall and election disputes under Chapter 61B-80, Florida Administrative Code.
