61B-81.001 — Right to Recall and Replace a Board Director; Developers; Other Members; Class Voting

Rule 61B-81.001 establishes the procedural and substantive framework governing the recall and replacement of board directors in homeowners' associations, including provisions for developer-designated directors, other members, and class voting rights.

The rule sets out the conditions under which homeowners may recall a board director before the end of the director's term, the process for nominating and electing a replacement director, and the voting rights applicable to different classes of membership.
