61B-81.002 — Recall of One or More Directors of a Board at a Homeowner Meeting; Board Certification; Filling Vacancies

Administrative rule 61B-81.002 established procedures for recall of one or more directors at a homeowner meeting, board certification following recall, and filling vacancies created by recall.

The rule specifies the process by which homeowners may recall directors at a meeting, requires the board to certify the recall results, and establishes how vacancies created by recall are filled. The rule implements substantive requirements for recall elections in homeowners' associations under Florida law.
