61E14-1.005 — Null and Void Status

Administrative rule 61E14-1.005 establishing the null and void status provision under the licensure chapter became effective.

The rule defines the conditions and process by which a license or registration may be declared null and void. The rule sets forth the authority and procedures by which the Department of Business and Professional Regulation may void licenses that fail to meet statutory or regulatory requirements.

Entities holding licenses or registrations under Chapter 61E14-1 (Licensure).

Effective May 25, 2020.
