S1200 — Special Alcoholic Beverage Licenses Issued to Residential Condominiums

S1200, a bill to exclude certain residential condominiums selling alcoholic beverages from license-count limitations and to restrict licensee operations, died in the Regulated Industries Committee.

The bill proposed to exempt residential condominiums that sell alcoholic beverages from numerical limits on specified alcoholic beverage licenses, require licenses be issued only to entities managing food and beverage operations, and prohibit licensees from selling certain alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption. The bill did not advance beyond committee review.
