CAM Archives — Licensing requirement change for Community Association Managers

House Bill 995 was signed into law, lowering the threshold for mandatory Community Association Manager (CAM) licensing from 50 units to 10 units or annual budget exceeding $100,000.

A Community Association Manager license is required to provide this service. The previous licensing threshold was 50 units.

Community association managers who manage associations containing more than 10 units or with annual budgets exceeding $100,000.

Effective October 1, 2008.
