H0595 — Homeowners' Associations Database

H0595 was filed to require the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) to establish a searchable database of homeowners' associations in the state.

The bill would have required DBPR to create and maintain a searchable database containing specified information about each homeowners' association in Florida by a specified date. The bill would have also required each homeowners' association to notify DBPR of any changes to information listed in the database.
