The bill would have permitted creation of a condominium within a portion of a building or across multiple parcels, and would have established common element requirements and declaration of condominium provisions for such structures. The bill would have required condominium associations to provide inspection and copying rights for books and records, authorize annual budget receipt, and mandate specified statements and disclosures to unit purchasers. The bill would have provided that a multiple parcel building is not considered a subdivision of land if the land is not subdivided.
