H6005 — Statute of Repose for Actions by Condominium Associations

House Bill 6005, which would have removed the statute of repose for certain condominium association actions, died in the Civil Justice & Claims Subcommittee on June 16, 2025.

The bill proposed to remove statutory time limits (statute of repose) that currently bar condominium associations from bringing certain legal actions after a specified period. The bill did not advance beyond subcommittee consideration.
