S0382 — Continuing Education Requirements

Senate Bill 382 was filed in November 2023 and advanced through committee in 2024, proposing changes to continuing education requirements for regulated professions.

The bill revises the requirements that continuing education must satisfy and requires boards or the department to exempt certain individuals from completing continuing education requirements.
