S0826 — Fines Levied by Homeowners' Associations

Senate Bill 826 was filed to prohibit homeowners' associations from imposing fines exceeding $500 in the aggregate.

The bill would have capped the total amount of fines that a homeowners' association may levy against a member. The bill did not advance beyond the Regulated Industries Committee.
