S1544 — Department of Business and Professional Regulation

Senate Bill 1544 was filed to require persons or entities licensed or permitted by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation's Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to create and maintain an online account and provide an email address, and to expand engineering licensing exemptions and revise beverage license issuance requirements.
