The bill prohibits a person whose community association manager license is revoked from holding direct or indirect ownership, employment, partnership, officer, director, or trustee positions in a community association management firm for a specified period. The bill prohibits a community association manager or management firm from knowingly performing acts directed by an association board that violate state or federal law. The bill authorizes association board meetings to be conducted in person or by video conference. The bill requires cooperative associations to create and maintain an online account with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
